Dixie’s Story
From the Idaho Falls, ID, regulars craving classic American food to families traveling down the gateway to Yellowstone Park, the answer to the question, “where should we eat?”, is always Dixie’s Diner.
See, everyone knows Dixie’s Diner is the talk of the town, but how did we get here?
Dixie’s is a ‘50s-style diner that got started in 2005. Owners Dixie Murphy and Tom Hersh love the era of Elvis Presley, sock-hops, and drive-in movies. Their jive came to life and the rest is history. Today, Dixie’s Diner is a famous establishment where guests come for the time-vault feel, but stay for the always-fresh, always phenomenal food.
